Cango Ostrich Show Farm was founded in 1988 by the Lategan Family.

The farm is a family-owned and managed production facility located in the Schoemanshoek Valley, approximately 14km from Oudtshoorn and 11km from the world-renowned Cango Caves.

It was established to provide an interactive and educational tourism experience, offering multilingual guided tours that cover the entire life cycle of the ostrich, from incubation to adulthood.
